Travelled on a coach holiday in London with Alfa. The hotel was quite modern , despite outward appearances. The food was lovely with a choice of something for everyone. Perhaps warm plates would be the way forward. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The bedrooms were cleaned well. Beds comfortable and shower hot. Maybe signage for direction if you wanted a change of towel instead of getting clean ones every day. I have given two stars for location because of it's isolated position without the use of a vehicle and also the horrendous journey to and from the City of London every day of our stay.

The staff make this place which is in need of some modernisation but is very clean and comfortable. Sitting in Reception the lady handled customers concerns exceptional well. My room was 244 a long walk to get to from the main facilities. The room is basic clean and the bed super comfortable. The bathroom has eco friendly products and my only niggle was there was no usb ports but luckily in reception area there were plenty. Breakfast had a wide selection and good value at £10. As with buffets the food was on warmers and not hot and sausages hard. We had a problem with our car and we had to leave in the car park and arrange taxis - the same lady on reception in the morning was super helpful only sorry I didn't get her name for a mention!

A friend of mine in his eighties under difficult circumstances was booked into the Harlow hotel. He has found the staff to be excellent with his treatment and gone beyond the call of duty to make his stay pleasant with special thanks to Brian and Trevor. This hotel comes highly recommended

Had a lovely stay my son loved it the food was great, lovely staff so accommodating from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. Looking forward to making it my stop over for all our London trips and stop overs before holidays. I'd really recommend the Harlow Hotel.

Great people and I'd thoroughly recommend. After my wife and I had a nice visit at the hotel our car got stuck in the car park. When I asked in the reception for help two of them (Trevor and Brian) kindly stopped what they were doing and helped. They were so kind and went out of their way to help.
